Yes, you can advertise your business as either an exhibitor or in our CARICON Magazine.

If you lose your badge you can use your confirmation email or telephone number to verify your ticket.

Media

Yes, media can register at the media desk.

CARICON admits only media who qualify for credentials. The Conference reserves the right to deny any applicant credentials. All qualified CARICON media must meet the Media Proof of Eligibility requirements for their badge type.

Digital media applicants must meet certain guidelines that demonstrate they are posting regular quality content about the CARICON.

Media badges are for “working media” who are covering the conference for a recognized media outlet. Individuals in public relations, marketing or advertising must register for an attendee badge.

All media who have been approved for credentials will be able to pick up their credentials at the media desk.

CARICON organizers provide a full-service press room with a working press area and press materials.

Exhibitor

Each booth space includes: 

Booth Size: 8’ x 8’ 

  • 1 - 6’x 30” Table w/Black Skirt and 
  • 2 Chairs 

Backwall Drape: 

  • 8’ High Black Backwall Drape 
  • 1 - Wastebasket 

Sidewall Drape: 3’ High Black Siderail Drape 

  • 1 - 44” x 7” One Line ID Sign
  • Exhibit space rental
  • Additional booth furnishings: signage, collateral, give-aways, etc. 
  • Shipping & Material Handling Fees
  • Electrical, internet/wi-fi, cleaning and/or AV equipment 
  • Staff expenses: hotel accommodations, travel, etc.
  • ORDER IN ADVANCE. NOTE THE DISCOUNTED DEADLINE DATES IN SHOW EXHIBITOR KIT. 
  • Avoid sending multiple shipments. Material handling rates are per shipment. 
  • Schedule (necessary) labor on straight time.

Yes. If you are unable to set up Friday during Exhibitor Move In hours, you must obtain authorization from the conference organizers to set up Saturday at 8:30am.  Be advised the show opens at 10:00am. The show floor will be “show ready” clean. Should you litter your booth space or space around you, you will receive a cleaning charge from CARICON.

  • Standard “in-line” booths may not extend beyond 8’ tall. 
  • Booth materials may also not extend beyond the dimensions of the booth space. 
  • Sight lines may not be blocked. Show management reserves the right to determine interference with other exhibitors.
  • NO. Per your signed sales contract, your booth must remain furnished and staffed until the conference closes on Sunday. Please respect attendees & fellow exhibitors.
  • Sure. If you need handyman help for setting up your booth please email us at least a week in advance of the conference to schedule this service.
  • YES, no amplified sound in or around your booth is permitted. Conference Management reserves the right to determine at what point sound constitutes interference with other exhibitors.
  • READ Material Handling and Shipping instructions in the Exhibitor Kit. 
  • Make sure you use pre-printed shipping labels 
  • Make company name and booth # visible on shipments.

  • Conference management provides overnight “perimeter” security in the hall but recommends taking valuables with you at the end of each day.
  • Where applicable, order online, call, or fill out the necessary forms from the Conference Exhibitor Services Kit for the appropriate vendor.

  • Plan to also bring the original document file with you in case you need to access a FedEx/Kinkos or similar resource.
